KOGAKUSAI 2024 About taking applications of groups

We are taking applications of groups in KOGAKUSAI 2024！
KOGAKUSAI 2024 is going to be held in June 7 to 9.
If you are an engineering club or laboratory wishing to participate, please cheak the "Application Requirements" below and submit the Google Form for the button below.

Application Requirements

• Application period

For application period, March 15, 2024 to April 10, 2024 for both indoor and outdoor groups.

• Notes about taking applications
• Application is completed by submitting a Google Form.
  Google Forms for application are available for both indoor and outdoor groups, please respond according to your own group's participation format.
  After submitting the Google form, KOGAKUSAI Committiee will send you a confirmation email.
• Participating groups will be mainly engineering clubs and engineering laboratories, including officially recognized clubs of the Faculty of Engineering of Hokkaido University.
  Depending on the content of the project, KOGAKUSAI Committiee may request changes in the content of the project.
• Outdoor groups include booths etc., while indoor groups include exhibits and experiments.
• If the number of applications exceeds the maximum number of groups for both outdoor and indoor groups, participating groups may be selected by lottery.
• After the application period ends, we will hold briefings for participating groups about once a week.
